He combined the essence of 16 schools of martial art (including Shaolin) with internal training for health, and the\u00a0<strong>Daoist<\/strong>\u00a0principles of\u00a0<strong>Yin and Yang<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 opening\/ closing, firm\/ yielding, slow\/ fast etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Silk-reeling<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>practice<\/strong>\u00a0trains you how to move your body as a unit. When one part of your body moves, everything moves.
