Invented by a woman, and using technique, sensitivity and footwork. It is very good for dealing with a stronger opponent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Chun Yuen Quan<\/strong> is a northern Shaolin Kung Fu skill that is excellent for health. It will improve posture, flexibility, strength and coordination.
