gentle exercise, or in health rather than self-defence. If you are unsure you can always ask or come and try the different skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Qigong<\/strong> is a gentle, healing form of exercise that is suitable for all. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Taiji Quan<\/strong> is a martial art that is also very good for health. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Wing Chun <\/strong>is a system of self-defence invented by a woman, using sensitivity, technique and footwork and is very good for dealing with a stronger opponent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Chun Yuen Quan<\/strong> is a Northern Shaolin Kung Fu skill that is excellant for health.
