Weekly Classes in Qigong, Taiji Quan (Tai Chi), and Kung Fu

with Sifu Peter Andersen

The skill you choose depends on whether you are mostly interested in dynamic or more gentle exercise, in health or self-defence. If you are unsure you can always ask or come and try the different skills.

Qigong is a gentle, healing and health giving form of exercise that is suitable for all.

Taiji Quan (Tai Chi) is a powerful internal martial art that is also very good for health.

Wing Chun is a system of self-defence. Invented by a woman, and using technique, sensitivity and footwork. It is very good for dealing with a stronger opponent.

Chun Yuen Quan is a northern Shaolin Kung Fu skill that is excellent for health. It will improve posture, flexibility, strength and coordination. Suitable for all.
